Descriptions:
- Our Talc Filler Masterbatch is a mixture made of talc powder, base resin (PE, PP, HIPS, etc.) and various additives such as dispersant, stearate. It provides a convenient way to mix talc into thermoplastics without contamination by dust.
- Our Talc Masterbatches are optimal for transparent HDPE film, and acting as Engineering Plastic modifying materials.

Remarks:
- Good for transparent HDPE film bag.
- Add by 10-15%, film transparency is good enough; Add by 20%, film becomes slightly hazy; Add by 25%, film becomes more hazy.
- Depend on the degree of film transparency, adjust adding ratio.
- For other application such as ABS / PP etc, talc masterbatch can be used for engineering plastic modification.
Our white talc masterbatch (EPE / EPS foaming grade) is purposed for increasing weight and whiteness:
- For purpose of EPE weight increase: Add by 10-15%, designed for butane physical foam EPE, help with EPE sheet forming, keep EPE sheet stable, improve foam flatness / cell uniformity, prevent thin EPE sheet from cell-formation and broken, environment-friendly, no need to use talcum powder and GMS (glyceryl monostearate), keep GMS and nucleating agent uniform in EPE sheet to reduce EPE sheet greasy on surface, achieve material adding automatically, enhance efficiency.
- For purpose of EPE whitening: Add by 0.8-1.2%, improve whiteness of EPE sheet, make EPE sheet seem higher thickness / plumpness, make colour and luster uniform.
- If increase dosage of recycled materials, then reduce production cost.
