Descriptions:

• Our Slipping Agent is a functional masterbatch with an active ingredient called Slip additive, which can be added to polymers to control friction, using of slip agents for polyethylene films, reducing the Friction Coefficient (COF) while maintaining optic properties such as brilliance, transparency.

1. Slipping of LLDPE / LDPE film.

Remarks:

• Dosage: 1-2%
• Carrier resin: LLDPE (virgin)
• Use masterbatch to achieve even mixing and even slipping.
• If use Oleamide or Erucamide (powder) directly, uneven mixing results in uneven slipping on film.
• High quality film (packing foods / garments) always require slipping.
• Either film blowing or casting.
• Multi-layer film: inner layer uses slipping masterbatch.
• Ingredients must be famous brands / grades in the world.
• Special formula / process required to produce slipping masterbatch with high and stable quality.
• Low and unstable quality result in shortcomings bellow:

1. Influence film transparency to unacceptable level.
2. Olemide / erucamide migrates to film surface (film feels oily), then hard to process heat sealing / colour printing,
